Laura and I met up with Mike and Mark to grab a sub at Hungry Bear. We drove next to the everglades on Krome Ave. Laura and I took off to South Beach from there. The four motorcycles are honda gl1800 gold wing, suzuki v-strom dl1000, yamaha r1 and HD road king. Enjoy the clip.
Not much to it. It was a pretty nice Sunday and we got out for a little ride. This is a usual run Laura & I make. Our friend Mike joined us. He complains about keeping up with that HD Road King. I had the Ultra Classic so I know how he feels.
Traded my '05 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic for Honda's 2007 GL1800. It's been about 24 hours and a lot of rain so only 250 miles. So far the bike has exceded my expectations. The roll-on power is great. Anyway, the following clip are the first photos.
A short clip with pics & videos of the Torq Master's Daytona Exhaust for the GL1800.
They took about an hour and a half to install.
At the end of the video I turn on the moto and roll on to about 2,500 RPMs.
They are not too loud, but have a better note than the stock.
I was in route to the Miami Auto Show when I ran into the two Big Dog motorcycles. They turned around to wave and saw the camera mounted. They said they would take off fast for some footage. Okay, here it is.
I threw in a couple other small clips riding.
Nothing fancy here. Enjoy.
Laura & I went to Las Vegas and rented a HD Road Glide for the day. We drove the Red Rock Canyon and Lakeshore Road around Lake Mead. It was a usual dry day with a little smoke around Las Vegas from the CA fires. Laura held the camera while riding so the video clips are a little shaky.
The photos are from our 2005 Blue Ridge Parkway and Tail of the Dragon trip. We used the Auto Train to get us from Florida to Sky Line Drive.
The experience was great. Amtrak allowed us to have a big trip experience with less time off. It was very effective.
Enjoy and safe travels.
