This is WPXI's latest update to their graphic's package; this time it was to the open. They made it much flashier, adding loud sound effects and flashier transitions.
This is one of my favorite promotions for a local TV station. This particular promo are for KDKA's live trucks.
Also note how every truck in this promo uses the old Anklepants logo, but the logo used at the end of the promo is the Viacom Mandate logo.
