THE WORLD IS A CIRCLE music by BURT BACHARACH Lyrics by HAL DAVID. Lead singer is a good natural kid, but the little girl next to him is a little too expressive. Still, it's nice to see Bacharach enjoying himself with this music rather than being so critical of the experience today.

A discussion with screenwriter Barry Sandler on the making of the Roller Derby film KANSAS CITY BOMBER starring RAQUEL WELCH. This was Barry's first screenplay to be produced into a major motion picture while he was an undergraduate at UCLA. In the interview Barry talks about getting started as a screenwriter in Hollywood and going after a major star to bankroll his screenplay.
Alot of heartfelt expectations and emotions were riding on this picture. Bacharach took the fall for the failure of this film. LOST HORIZON now can be appreciated for being the one and only screen musical written by Bacharach and Hal David. It will always be different for that fact alone.
